POEM: Memories in a cup of tea

The tea I drink
Reminds me of my substitute teacher
Just a fifth grader
Young and weak
Introduced to tea on a cloudy day
Nice to smell
Good to taste
For once I felt grown up
Reminds me of those gloomy days
Together as a class
We sipped our tea
Good memories flow
Through the smell of the tea
Never will I forgot
That substitute teacher
For every time I take a sip
Of that apple cider tea
Her memory will live on every sip of the way
